Police detained PPFA meeting participants
Baku/07.03.22/Turan: On the eve, about 20 members of the Party of People's Front of Azerbaijan (PPFA) were detained by police when holding a meeting in a cafe in the Surakhani district of Baku.
According to the PPFA, police burst into the room during the meeting and detained all those present, exerting physical pressure.
A report on the violation of the quarantine regime was drawn up at the department, following which the detainees were released. No amount of fines was reported.
It proved impossible to obtain comments from the press service of the Interior Ministry.-06B-
