PFPA deputy chair Seymour Hazi detained
Baku/26.02.21/Turan: The deputy chair of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Seymur Hazi was detained. This happened on February 26 during a visit by the leadership and activists of the National Council of Democratic Forces to the memorial to the victims of the Khojaly genocide "Mother's Call".
Ata Abdullayev, presented as a "blogger", began to insult the PFPA leader Ali Karimli and provoke a conflict. In response, Seymour Hazi answered him: “No one can represent Ilham Aliyev better than you. You are the face of Ilham Aliyev."
After that, the police officers grabbed Khazi, put him in a car and drove away. The Ministry of Internal Affairs was unable to obtain comments.
A year ago, Abdullayev staged the same provocation, and then complained to the police about the reporter Tezakhan Miralamli, who was eventually sentenced to a year of correctional labor. — 06D-
