Official newspapers write about Ilham Aliyev’s  meeting  with the heads of member countries TurkPA in Baku. These newspapers publish presidential decree on the allocation of 3 million manat for the construction of the road-Shemkir -Yeni Geycha Dag- Jeyirly.

 

"Azadlig" writes that official Baku  is angry  with the hearings held in Washington  by the U.S. Helsinki Commission on Azerbaijan.

 For this reason, the authorities ordered the attacks on the West. Experts believe that the manifestation of anger is an indication of failure of the official Baku on the fulfillment of its obligations to international organizations.

Ex-President of PACE Goran Lindblad said that the ruling regime in Azerbaijan became increasingly repressive and advised Aliyev to release political prisoners.

Carnegie Endowment  expert Thomas de Waal believes that the regime in Azerbaijan, in comparison with Russia and Belarus, is  more repressive.

 

"Express" writes about the fighting in Iraq, believing that terrorist groups may carry out an attack on Turkey and Azerbaijan.

 

"Bizim Yol" touched the topic of fighting terrorist groups in Iraq, Azerbaijan may also be targeted by these groups, according to the newspaper.

       

"Yeni Musavat" writes that recently  the Armenians strengthened  provocations against Nakhchivan.
