In the country, 56% of those infected are in Baku. The author notes that the level of infection in the country has been stable for almost two months, and the sanitary and hygienic situation is satisfactory.

The website Bizimyol.info.az writes about Russia's violation of the agreement to cut oil production. In August, Russia did not fulfill the OPEC+ agreement. Russian oil companies were producing 9.04 million barrels per day, which was a violation of the agreement.

The OPEC+ countries produced 22.07 million barrels of oil per day in August. Most of all, the agreement was violated by Iraq; this country is considered the main culprit in the fall in oil prices. It is quite possible that Iraq will not be represented in this organization from 2021.
