Baku / 11.04.18 / Turan: One of the young journalists, who wished to remain anonymous, was attacked on the morning on April 11 by the head of the precinct election commission in the territory of the 25th Nizami second district. Meydan.tv distributed a video of the incident, which was filmed by one of the witnesses.
The journalist first interviewed the head of the commission on the number of voters who said that activity had increased over the last hour. Then they went to another room to clarify the number. But those who are there said that there was no exact data. After this, an elderly man grabbed a girl by the hand and threw her out into the street. A young man also joined him, and dragged the girl by the other hand.
These actions are a violation of Article 163 of the Criminal Code, which is punishable by a fine or imprisonment.
In the afternoon, the head of the CEC, Mazahir Panahov, did not hesitate to state that there had been no violation of the vote. In addition to the case in social networks, there are numerous videos about falsifications in voting, "carousels", etc.-03D-
