Pro-government activist Fuad Muradov arrested
Baku/04.10.23/Turan: One of the founders of the so-called "Fedayeen National Movement" Fuad Muradov was detained on October 4. He was charged with "extortion by threats", after which the Narimanov district Court chose a preventive measure against him in the form of arrest for a period of 4 months.
The law enforcement bodies confirmed the information.
Muradov was known for periodically threatening opposition representatives and other critics of the government.
The attempts to contact Muradov's lawyer were futile. ---06B---
