Work begins on construction of new residential complex in Aghdam city
Baku/04.10.23/Turan: The "Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service" (RCMS) in the Karabakh economic region announced "Real-Inşaat" LLC (TIN: 6000137461) as winner of the procurement tender for the demolition of buildings and vertical planning of a residential complex in the city of Aghdam.
According to the Unified Portal of State Electronic Procurement https://etender.gov.az/main/competition/detail/294070, 65 days will be provided for the implementation of the required works. The cost of the competitive offer of the "Real-Inşaat" company is AZN 790.400 manats ($465.000).
Note that the RCMS does not report on the area of the territory where the construction of a new residential quarter is planned and the number of families that will be settled in it. -08B-
