Protest in front of Parliament calling for child allowances
Baku/01.06.22/Turan: On Wednesday, a group of PFPA activists held a protest in front of the Milli Majlis, timed to coincide with Children's Day, celebrated on June 1.
The protesters demanded to be admitted to the deputies, urging the state to establish "children's allowances".
A group of women chanted: “Stop making money, give us back our state”, “Give me an allowance for my child”, etc.
Women resented the fact that income from natural resources is distributed unfairly, the state does not take care of children, and especially those from poor families.
The police did not allow the protesters to enter the parliament building, recommending that they meet with them at their offices. -16D-
