At about 10 o'clock in the morning a few prisoners have grossly violated the house rules in the jail N14 in the village of Kyzyldash Karadag district of the capital. They committed acts that threaten the health and lives of other prisoners, the report said the Prison Service.
However, the report did not specify what exactly happened in jail and why prisoners protested. The Prison Service said that stability in jail was restored. However, additional forces were delivered to jail, but then returned to the place of permanent deployment. The leadership of the Prison Service stated that the actions aimed at violating stability in the colonies will be stopped within the law.
