Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO) declined to comment on the arrest of an employee of its technical staff Elshan Mustafayev (Mustafa oglu.) Mustafayev was arrested on December 17, and on 19 December the court arrested him for four months. According to unofficial reports, he was accused of spying.
