Baku / 19.08.20 / Turan: Publicist and blogger Keramet Boyukchel, detained on August 18 by the police in a rented apartment, was released today, said his father Gasham Najafzadeh. According to him, Keramyat was not brought to administrative responsibility.
Earlier, the Interior Ministry reported that the reason for the detention was a complaint from neighbors about noise.
Keramet Boyukchel is known for his harsh criticism of the authorities.-02D-

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
