Quiet in Ismailli after midnight
After midnight, in Ismailia, where riots took place on January 23-24, the situation remains calm. The streets are patrolled by reinforced police units and special force.
The Interior Ministry denies reports about the dead, but confirms the casualties.
Hospital care is provided to eight victims from the locals that received light or medium injuries.
There is no official data on the number of detainees. According to independent sources, detained were several dozen people.
