The report for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy in 2010 clearly states that experience accumulated will strengthen EU capabilities to solve frozen conflicts. This was said by the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule, speaking Jan. 24 at the PACE session in Strasbourg.
"Before we can solve these problems, we need to put more emphasis on confidence-building measures. Therefore, we put extra effort into regions such as Nagorno-Karabakh and Transnistria, ready to find a solution to these problems," concluded Fule. -04C-
