On July 9 on the fact of suicide of a young man in Terter a criminal case was filed under Article 125 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide). The investigation revealed that the man that hanged himself on a bridge was a 23-year-old resident of Barda Elshad Dadashov, the spokesman of the Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Sultanov told Turan.
According to unofficial data, the cause of suicide was large bank debts of Dadashov, who moonlighted as a laborer. -03B-
