Representatives of the Red Cross visited Askerov and Guliyev
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev in Armenian captivity on October 6. They were given letters from their families and gave back information for their families, the Baku office of the ICRC stated.
Askerov and Guliyev were detained in the Kalbajar area occupied by Armenians on July 11-14. Armenians declared Askerov and Guliyev saboteurs. The Azerbaijani side stated that Askerov and Guliyev went to Kalbajar to visit their "places of origin." -06D--
