Residents of NZS, Executive Power of Khatai and a booth
Baku / 23.01.19 / Turan: Problems with private property for ordinary Azerbaijanis have long ceased to be something supernatural. Oligarchs demolish old buildings without the consent of their inhabitants, paying them for this purely symbolic compensation, and even begin the illegal construction on the territory of someone's home.
In recent years, the number of complaints from Azerbaijan to the European Court of Human Rights has reached a record number, and the lion's share of these complaints comes from violation of the rights to private property.
Residents of house 19 on Ashig Hurban Street, a small Baku village NZS, are also lucky: the ecological situation in the village unfavorable; and in addition they decided to turn a small yard into a commercial object, creating an old studio instead of an old rusty booth.
Turan has already written about this. In brief, we recall that at the end of last year, Natalya Iorina appealed to the editorial office, stating that in the courtyard of their three-story house, where Mrs. Pärvana Novruzova turned the old, unused booth, into a commercial facility. Began calls to police, and the case has turned into a protracted conflict.
According to Yorina, after the intervention in the case of journalists and state bodies, construction stopped, but as it turned out temporarily: "Recently, work continued in the ill-fated booth, equipment was delivered there, despite the fact that we appealed to the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning, from where representatives came and inspected the territory. Moreover, the representative of the committee Dilgam told us that the structure had made a decision to demolish the booth in our yard. However, the Khatai District Executive Power does not comply with this decision. "
The Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning confirmed Turan that the decision regarding the booth in the courtyard at the Street Ashig Gurban, 19 was handed down, and it was decided to demolish it. However, it is not the Committee itself that does this, but the executive authorities.
The representative of the Executive Power of Khatai district of Baku, after hearing a Turan correspondent, said that the appeal was registered and representatives of the district housing authority will be sent to the territory, who will conduct an inspection and take the necessary actions.-0-
