Sex-minority as police supporters?
Baku /31.10.19 / Turan: Two non-governmental organizations representing sex minorities - Nəfəs and LGBT Minority, said on Thursday that their members were invited to the police on October 27-28. In exchange for money, they were offered to hold a rally, saying that they support the police, reads the statement of these two organizations sent to the media.
These organizations state that they are against involving their members and supporters in “dirty political games” and urge them not to participate in such events.
The Baku Police Department denied allegations that sex minorities were offered money. These challenges were related to citizen complaints. Preventive interviews were conducted with the invitees, the police said. -16D-
