Sheikh Pashazadeh: preaching by akhunds is primitive
The head of the Caucasus Muslims Department Allahshukur Pashazade accused many akhunds of primitiveness; their message very little differ from the last year messages. He told about it on Thursday at an event in Taza Pir mosque in connection with the coming month of Ramadan.
He warned Akhundov, that they will lose their jobs if they do not improve their work.
As an example for others to follow Sheikh mentioned a young theologian Shahin Hasanli, community leader of the mosque Haji Mashadi Dadash.
"I always listen to his preaching, because they have the truth," Pashazade said.
Pashazadeh also touched upon the calendar month of Ramadan, which not all adhere to, in particular, some mosques in Zagatala region.
Sheikh warned that those who fail to comply with a unified calendar, will be deprived of official registration.
Pashazade stressed the commitment to tolerance, insisting that Shiites and Sunnis could act in the mosques. -05B04-
