Sheki Khans Palace Reopened to Visitors
Baku / 09/08/19 / Turan: Starting today, the entrance to the territory of the Sheki Khans Palace has been restored, the state tourism agency reported.
Access to the complex was closed after a branch of a plane tree, 500 years of age, collapsed on the visitors. As a result, 19 people were injured, including six placed in hospital. One woman subsequently died. After the incident, access to the facility was temporarily closed for security measures. -06D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
