According to the city hall, special tents are set up in 4-5 different places in the city. They are intended for those who need to warm up due to bad weather; those in need will be provided with hot food.
The weather has changed dramatically in the country since February 23, including in the capital Baku. A strong wind is blowing, and it is snowing. According to the defense, new charges under Azerbaijan's Criminal Code, including Articles 162-1.1 (engaging workers without an employment contract), 192.3.2 (illegal entrepreneurship with substantial income), 193-1.3.1 and 193-1.3.2 (legalizing property acquired through criminal means in significant amounts), 206.4 (organized smuggling), and 213.2.1 (tax evasion) have been added.
