On October 27, there was a shooting during the OSCE monitoring on the line of confrontation in the Terter direction. According to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, the fire was opened from the Armenian side. It is noteworthy that the monitoring was held with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group, which together with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk crossed the front line with the Armenian side to Azerbaijan. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
