The head of the department of the Ministry of Communications arrested?

In connection with the criminal case about the Ministry of National Security (MNS), was arrested the chief of staff of Ministry of Communications and High Technologies Vidadi Zeynalov. Messages about this are being discussed in local media and social networks on the Internet. According to the same sources, the office of Zeynalov was sealed, search is  conducted in his apartments. It is alleged that he is a close relative of the disgraced Minister of National Security Eldar Mahmudov, and is connected  with Baitullah Huseynov, the former head of the Baku Telephone Network Production Association, who also had previously been arrested.  Being asked to comment on the matter, the Advisor to the Ministry of Communications Mushfig Amirov said that he was not at work at that moment, and had no information. Press service of Prosecutor General's Office neither confirmed nor denied this information. As for the reasons for his arrest, the experts believes that  the talk can be about giving the permission to the  MNS to bug more than is allowed.-06D-
