In connection with the criminal case about the Ministry of National Security (MNS), was arrested the chief of staff of Ministry of Communications and High Technologies Vidadi Zeynalov. It is alleged that he is a close relative of the disgraced Minister of National Security Eldar Mahmudov, and is connected with Baitullah Huseynov, the former head of the Baku Telephone Network Production Association, who also had previously been arrested.
