Sixteen Injured in Bus, Train Collision Still in Hospital
Baku / 02.10.18 / Turan: Sixteen people injured as a result of yesterday"s collision of a bus with a locomotive remain in hospitals in Baku.
The Ministry of Health informs that 12 people are in city hospital number 3 in the village of Sabunchu. Of these, five, including two children and three adults, are in intensive care. The health status of two of them is characterized as severe. Today, the five will be operated on.
Four more victims continue treatment in the Traumatology Dept. of the City Clinical Center.
Recall that a 13-year-old schoolboy was killed in a bus collision with a locomotive in the village of Bina on October 1, while 34 people were seriously injured. -06D-

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. According to the Azerbaijan Border Service, this prevented an attempt to smuggle into Azerbaijan 11.3 kg of marijuana, 5.1 kg of opium, and 1,990 methadone M-40 pills from Iran.
