Soldier killed by fire from the Armenian side
On September 23 at around 14:30 a soldier of the Azerbaijani Army Shabiyev Keramet, born in 1995, was shot by gunfire from the Armenian side. The soldier was drafted from Agstafa region of Azerbaijan, the press service of the Defense Ministry.
According to other the same source, today at 13:20 in the Central Military Hospital a soldier Parviz Sadykhov, born in 1996, was delivered with a diagnosis of infectious shock, hemorrhagic vacuities born in 1996. Despite the efforts of doctors, at 15:35 a soldier died. A lawsuit was filed in the Military Prosecutor Office. -16D-

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
