As a result of a security breach, the soldier of MoD Nahid Mirzoyev wounded his colleague Zohrab Mamedov from a service weapon. This occurred in the Agdam region.
The wounded was hospitalized and his condition is serious. On the fact the Military Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation, according to the Defense Ministry.
According to the Doctrine Centre for Military Journalism Studies, the losses of the defense and security sector of Azerbaijan amounted to 38 people from January to May.
While eight soldiers were killed by Armenian bullets, three stepped on mines and there were 27 non-combat losses.
