State standards allow to darken rear and side windows
Changes have been made in the state standards of the general technical conditions of "Safety Glasses in Vehicles." According to the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, the light throughput of the rear and side windows of cars must be at least 70%.
Taking into account climatic conditions in Azerbaijan, every year from May 1 to November 15, it is allowed to use shutters manufactured industrially.
The new rules will come into force on 1 May, 2013.
