On March 27 at 12 pm in the Twentieth Station settlement of the Sabail district of Baku the residents heard a loud roar resembling an explosion. The walls shook and the frightened people took to the streets. It was like an earthquake, but there were no other shocks, a witness Rosa Askerova told Turan.
