Suicide is the way out of the aggression that prevails in society, a psychologist
"The increase in the number of suicides and murders is a manifestation of the aggression prevailing in society," psychologist Azad Isazade said in a conversation with Turan, commenting on the increasing number of suicides in Azerbaijan.
Isazadeh believes that suicide is a manifestation of aggression directed against himself: "This is a kind of protest. This is what the last murders say. So, in Sabirabad, father killed his 7-year-old son. Two young writers have committed suicide. This happens not only in Azerbaijan, but also in other countries. "
This is a frightening tendency, and its causes have social, domestic and other roots.
Isazade believes that it is impossible to completely eliminate such cases, but it is possible to reduce their number by psychological influence.
To do this, it is necessary to create an appropriate rehabilitation center, where accurate statistics of suicides, their causes, and ways of reducing them to a minimum will be kept. It is also necessary to use the mechanism of psychological care in institutions and it must be done urgently, the psychologist said. -05B-
