In the past days the tension on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces persisted, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense. Shootings took place on the western border and in Karabakh.
In particular, the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Agstafa, Gazakh, Gadabay and Tovuz were fired from the Ijevan, Berd and Noyemberyan regions of Armenia.
On the Karabakh front shootout was fixed at the Tartar, Agdam, Fizuli, Goranboy and Khojavend directions. The losses are not reported.
In turn, the Armenian side says that the parties used mortars, rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns against each other.
Recall that in recent weeks, tensions rose at the front as a result of clashes with losses of dozens of people killed and wounded by both sides. -02D-
