Baku/18.11.22/Turan: On Friday morning, the city authorities have started replacing the asphalt on one of the central streets of the capital - Khagani and Pushkin. Traffic is blocked from the library named after Akhundov (corner of Rashid Behbudov street) to Pushkin street.
This is the very center of the city and the intersection of heavy traffic. At the same time, traffic was restricted from the Narimanov monument to the "Icheri Sheher" metro station, which further complicated the situation.
The authorities did not inform beforehand about the traffic restriction, and therefore there are many kilometers of traffic jams on the roads. -02D-
