The Center for Documents Reception is located at: Rasul Rza St., 75, in the building of the hotel "Winter Park". The center will be open 1-5 days of the week from 08:30 to 12:30, and from 13:30 to 16:00. The firm will also provide photography services for biometric photos and passport delivery by courier. On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
