The intellectuals of Masally region complain of their authorities
Representatives of the “Association of Intellectuals” of Masally region held on Friday at the Media Centre of the Institute of Reporters Freedom and Safety (IRFS) press conference in connection with the bureaucratic arbitrariness in the region.
They said that the chief executive of the region, Ravil Huseynov has launched a campaign of persecution, pressure, and slander against the intellectuals f the region. Those intellectuals who demand their legal rights, are called the opposition members. Intellectuals call to stop the shame and disgrace that prevails in the region.
They appealed to the members of parliament from Masally region with a request to solve their problems, to protect the law. The intellectuals also appealed to foreign embassies in Azerbaijan, international human rights organizations not to remain indifferent to what is happening. -05C04-
