The journalist is warned (UPDATED)
On Monday the head of the Majlis of Sumgait branch of the REAL Movement, a journalist Hafiz Babali again was summoned to the 4th department of Sumgayit police.
A protocol on the violation by him the Article 296 ("hooliganism") of the Code of Administrative Offences was drawn up because of distribution by Babali on May 16 in Sumgait informational printed materials about the movement REAL.
After four hours of detention, he was released, taking the membership to appear on Monday.
The police report stated that Babali "forced" was handing out leaflets to citizens.
Today Babali was taken to the Sumgait City Court, where the trial was held under the chairmanship of Judge Ilgar Mamedov. Babali was made a warning, and he was released.

The head of the Majlis of the Sumgait unit of the movement REAL Hafiz Babali on Saturday was arrested and taken to the fourth branch of the Sumgayit City Police Department. Turan was told by Babali himself.
This happened in the 34th quarter of Sumgait, when Babali was distributing printed materials related to the movement REAL, particularly referral of the imprisoned leader of the organization Ilgar Mamedov in anticipation of the presidential elections of 2013, and leaflets about the program of the movement, which is currently being transformed into a political party.
Babali was detained by the post-patrol police and taken to the fourth police station.
"I was told in the department that I supposedly was forcibly handing out leaflets to citizens. I pointed out that the distribution of printed materials in order to familiarize citizens with the program and objectives of our movement is not against the law. People are willing to accept these materials and there was no coercion. The materials presented REAL's views concerning the state system of Azerbaijan, the transition to a parliamentary republic, and the benefits of this model. I was held there for about 4 hours and I was released under a written obligation that on May 18, I would again come to the police," said Babali.
