The lawyer met with the arrested for participating in a single action
Baku/31.01.19/Turan: Lawyer Javad Javadov met today in the Binagadi detention center with the detained Rafael Huseynzade who on January 25 held a one-man rally demanding the release of political prisoners in the center of Baku.
In an interview with Turan, the lawyer confirmed that Huseynzade was arrested for 30 days under Article 535.1 (not subordinating to the lawful demands of the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
According to Javadov, the detainees did not complain about the conditions of detention and treatment, but he is does not agree with the arrest.
Today, the lawyer submitted an appeal against the arrest of Huseynzade.
Date of consideration of the complaint has not yet been determined. -06d-
