The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on activities during the holidays
Baku/07.01.24/Turan: On holidays, the emergency services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations made 290 visits in connection with fires. In addition, emergency rescue operations, there were 22 cases of people in a helpless state and one road accident, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan.
As a result of operational and urgent measures, fires were extinguished, and people's lives were saved. In total, 33 people were rescued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, including 5 young children. 16 people were evacuated, two were poisoned by smoke, and three identified human bodies were transferred to their destination.
From December 31 to January 6, Azerbaijan had non-working days on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year holidays.—06B-
