The number of COVID-19 infected is decreasing
Baku/10.12.21/Turan: Over the past 24 hours, 1 109 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been detected in Azerbaijan, 1 946 patients have recovered, 17 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on December 10.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 602,137 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country, of which 573,034 people have been cured, 8,055 have died, the number of active patients is 21,048.
Over the past day, in connection with the detection of new cases of infection, 10,532 tests were carried out.
Also, over the past day, 31,155 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 3,441, with the second - 3,862, and 23,852 people received a booster dose.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 10 837 528, of which 5 114 379 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4 609 478 received two doses, 1 113 671 people received a booster dose.—06D-
