A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident involving People's Artist Agadadash Agayev, the Interior Ministry said, answering Turan's question. The day before, video footage of Agayev throwing an axe at a guard at one of the medical institutions, but hitting another employee of the clinic, appeared on social networks.
