The prosecutor's office is investigating the death of a mother and child when falling from the 4th floor
Baku/02.09.21/Turan: On August 30, in the afternoon, a mother and a child fell out of the 4th floor of a residential building. Ayten Niftaliyeva (born in 1997) and her one-year-old daughter Tahira. As a result of the incident, both were seriously injured. The child died on the same day, and the mother died this morning, according to the statement of the prosecutor's office of the Sabail district of the capital.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact under Article 125 of the Criminal Code (driving to suicide).
According to unofficial data, the cause of the tragedy was the family quarrel between Ayten Niftalieva and her husband and his parents.
