The reason for the blocking the airport road with trucks
Baku/17.02.22/Turan: As a result of the measures of the traffic police, traffic blocked on the morning of February 17 on the airport road of the capital was restored. The road was blocked by four trucks of the company R-Qpup Karqo. Thus, they protested against the road sheets for international traffic.
Representative of the company Rashad Borjali told Turan that the reason for the action was corruption on the part of officials of the State Road Transport Service. “For a road sheet worth 20 manats, they demand 300 manats from us,” he said.
"R Qrup Kargo" is engaged in transportation of meat products. This is a perishable product, but due to the delay in the issuance of road sheets, the goods deteriorate and the company incurs losses. In turn, the Ministry of Transport and Digital Technologies, which is in charge of the State Transport Agency, denies these accusations.
Moreover, the management of “R Qrup Kargo” is accused of blackmail and illegal activities. The last action with blocking the road was another similar action. The road was unblocked as a result of traffic police measures.-03-
