According to information at 12:00, snow fell in Naftalan, Ganja, Shamkir, Aghdam, Oguz, Gabala, Zagatala, Sheki, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Gryz, Merezi, Altyagaj, Guba, Gusar, Khaldan, Terter, Barda, Mingechevir, Yevlakh , Goychay, Zardab, Kurdamir, Sabirabad, Hajigabul, Neftchala, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran, Astara, Agsu, Kishchai (Sheki), Sarybash (Gakh), Nabran.
The height of the snow cover in Sarybash (Gakh) was 47 cm, Shahdag - 27 cm, Lerik - 16 cm, Gryz - 14 cm, Gadabay - 12 cm, Khaldan and Shamakhi - 11 cm, Ismayilli - 10 cm, Maraza - 9 cm, Gusar - 8 cm, Guba - 7 cm, Kishchai (Sheki) - 6 cm, Lankaran, Altyagaj and Shabran - 4 cm, Khinalig, Oguz and Gabala - 3 cm, Astara - 2 cm, and Sheki, Khachmaz and Yardimly - 1 cm.
In the capital, the thickness of the snow cover reaches 20 cm, Sumgayit - 8 cm, Bina - 6 cm, and Mashtaga - 5 cm.
