This year July will be hotter than usual in Azerbaijan
July will be hotter in Azerbaijan this year than in previous years, according to the monthly weather forecast of the National Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan. As a result of the influence of warm air waves caused by global climate change, it is expected that this year the periods of hot days will be longer.
At the same time, the amount of monthly precipitation will be close to the climatic norm, and in some regions it will slightly exceed it. The average monthly air temperature will be +26 +28 degrees. heat, which is 1 degree above the climatic norm. At night, the average air temperature will be 22-27 degrees heat, in the afternoon – 30-35 degrees heat. On some days, the air will warm up to 37-40 degrees heat.
In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the central low-lying regions, the air temperature will reach 43 degrees heat.
