Those who damaged the monument to Z. Tagiyev were arrested for 2 months
Baku/25.01.22/Turan: On January 25, the Sabail Court of Baku arrested Vugar Tagizade and Allahverdi Mammadli for 2 months, who damaged on January 18 a monument to the famous philanthropist Zeynalabdin Tagiev in front of the Baksovet metro station.
They were found guilty under the Articlesof the Criminal Code 221 (hooliganism) and 246 (deliberate damage to cultural monuments), and they face up to 2 years in prison.
These persons, being drunk, tore off the rosary in the hand of the monument. -16D-
