The child died while playing in the yard of the Central Hospital of Astara. When a child ran across the lawn , the land failed, and the baby was in the pit with fuel oil .
As it turned out, previously a tank heating system of the hospital located on that place. Later this place was covered with earth and vegetation wad planted.
The case was initiated under the Article 314.2 (death by negligence.) An examination and investigative actions were conducted. No one has been brought to trial yet. -05D-
