Trade center fire extinguished
Baku/16.10.21/Turan: Fire at commercial facilities located near "Metro-City" trade center in Narimanov district of Baku has been extinguished.
"21 fire trucks and 105 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in extinguishing the fire. About 300 square meters of adjacent to each other single-story retail facilities of different profiles burned at the outlet of "Nariman Narimanov" metro station," said Akber Novruzov, head of the State Fire Service Headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to him, nearby residential houses are protected from the fire.
Causes of the fire are being investigated.
