Baku/07.12.21/Turan: About 4 pm on 7 December, near the Tashkent village of Azerbaijan's Yardimli region, State Border Service agents spotted two trespassers from Iran.
The trespassers disobeyed an order to "freeze" and opened fire on the border guards. They tried to flee by throwing two packages they had with them. Fire was returned and one of the trespassers was "neutralised". The search for the second man continues.
The two packages thrown by the trespassers contained 4,270 pieces of Marlboro, Kent and More cigarettes.
