Baku/29.06.22/Turan: Two children died as a result of a fire in a one-storey private house with an area of 120 sq m in Kurdakhani settlement of Sabunchu region of Baku. This was reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations in the morning of June 29.
Before the arrival of firefighters, 7 people, including 4 children from the burning house, were taken to hospital. However, two children could not be saved.

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
