Two Chinese men were detained for stealing 130 thousand dollars
On July 17, a safe with 130 thousand dollars and 700 grams of gold was stolen in one of the private houses in the village of Sarai in the Absheron district. During the operational activities, two Chinese citizens were detained while trying to leave Azerbaijan. 17,306 dollars, 9586 dirhams of the UAE and 147 grams of gold products were seized from them.
Measures are being taken to detect the remaining money and gold jewelry. A criminal case has been opened and the suspects have been arrested.
