Baku/28.09.20/Turan: Intensive shelling by the Armenian side of the settlements of Azerbaijan resulted in the death of civilians.
On September 28, at about 11:00, Mehman Aliyev, born in 1975, died because of the explosion of an artillery shell near the courthouse in the city of Terter.
In addition, the driver of an ambulance Asadov Ganbar and a military police officer Fahraddin Huseynov, and Turan Ibrahimov, another resident of Terter region, were injured, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office reported.
