Two Men Killed in Train Collision with Car
Baku / 04.12.19 / Turan: Two people died as a result of a collision of a train with a car this morning. The incident occurred at 9:40 on the Saatli-Bejar stretch (150 km west of Baku).
During the movement of the electric locomotive in the direction of Imishli, on the 99th kilometer of the Saatly-Bejar stretch, a Zhiguli car with license plates 54 BJ 612 attempted to cross the railway crossing. Despite the fact that the train driver immediately signaled and began to slow down, due to the close range, the collision could not be avoided.
As a result, the car driver died on the spot, and his passenger died in the hospital.
