Vaccination in Azerbaijan will be funded by the state
Baku / 05.01.20 / Turan: Vaccination against coronavirus in Azerbaijan will be carried out at the expense of the state and on a voluntary basis, the chief infectious disease specialist of the Ministry of Health Tayar Eyvazov told reporters.
To ensure mass participation, it is planned to conduct educational work among the population about the importance of vaccination. “People should be made aware that refusal to vaccinate carries a risk of coronavirus infection. The goal of vaccination is to develop collective immunity in people,” he said.
According to the laws of epidemiology, if herd immunity is formed in 2/3 of the population, then the epidemic process will be stopped. It does not matter if immunity was created artificially or naturally, a representative of the Ministry of Health added.
In a number of countries, initially a part of the population belonging to the risk group is involved in vaccination - these are health workers, people with chronic diseases of the respiratory system, people over 65, etc. Clinical trials have shown that the effectiveness of vaccines used in these countries reaches 95-98% ... Vaccination efficiency indicators for different population groups will be clarified according to the results of mass vaccination, the chief infectious disease specialist emphasized. –06В-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
